How do I activate the SIM card?You can activate your SIM card online by internet before the first call or make a call to our activation hotline 0800 60 11 72 with your new YOUTALK SIM then its gets activated automatically! Can I use my old phone number?No, currently number portability is not possible. Does YOUTALK offers mobile phones?No, currently we do not offer mobile phones. A wide range of mobile phones can be found at our many partners. How do I make an international call with YOUTALK on my phone?For making an international as well as local calls to other YOUTALK number or other network number simply dial your destination number and press call button For international call you have to add 00 + country code + area code + phone number then press call button "+" (for sending international SMS the number similarly to be entered) For local calls just dial the phone number and press call button. Why my new YOUTALK SIM card is not working with my mobile phone?After inserting the SIM card, you have entered the PIN but it shows an error message and its asking for an unlock code because you may be having a SIM-lock handset. In this case you have to contact your old service provider and follow their necessary instruction to get your phone unlock code. What is PIN & PUK?
